How do I update my details?

Personal details like phone number, email id, etc. can be easily updated once during the registration. Further changes can also be made by emailing our team at support@blitzpoker.com or calling us at our toll-free number 022-4925 -1600.

What should I do if I forgot my user id?

You can drop your query stating that you’ve forgotten your user id on support@blitzpoker.com from your registered email id. We will provide the user Id on-call post verification and would be happy to assist you further!

What should I do if I forgot my password?

If you’re unable to remember your password then you must:

  • Go to our BLITZPOKER website.
  •  Click on the ‘Log In’ tab.
  • Then click on the ‘Forgot Password’ tab.
  • Enter your existing email address and username
  • An email will be sent to your registered email Id with a temporary password. Then you can log in with the same password. After logging in, you change your password for security purposes.
Can I change my registered phone number?

You can easily change your registered mobile number just by dropping a request on support@blitzpoker.com. Our team will contact you immediately and would be happy to assist you.

How do I Update my personal details?

Personal details like phone number, email Id, etc can be updated once while registration. Further changes can be done by emailing on support@blitzpoker.com

How to update PAN on my account?

You can login to your BLITZPOKER account and attach PAN card or you can send your PAN card on support@blitzpoker.com

How do I change my screen name?

Send your request on support@blitzpoker.com with 2-3 preferred screen names. Screen name can be changed once in 365 days. You can change your screen name only once in a year from the last updated date

How do I check my transaction history?

We request you to kindly follow the steps mentioned below to check your transaction history:

  1. Login to your BLITZPOKER account
  2. Click on “My Transactions” in the “Cashier” tab
  3. Select “Date”
I forgot my user id. What should i do?

Drop in your query stating you don’t remember your user id on support@blitzpoker.com from your registered email id. We would also provide the user id on call and chats post verification. We would be happy to assist you further!

I forgot my password. What should i do?

Follow these steps:

  1. Go on our website i.e. BLITZPOKER.com
  2. Click on “Log in” tab
  3. Click on “Forgot password”
  4. Enter your “Email address” and “Username”
  5. An email with temporary password will be sent on your registered email id. Kindly login with the same.

Please note: Change your password once you logged in for security purpose.

How can I add/change my avatar (profile picture)?

You can change your Avatar only through BLITZPOKER Poker app on your desktop. Avatar cannot be changed/ uploaded through Mobile App Add/Change Avatar feature on the BLITZPOKER lobby has been provided so you can add a part of your real-life personality to your online poker account. Have fun experimenting with our avatars or upload your favourite avatar on the current list of avatars we have and start using it. You can change your Avatar (Profile picture) by the following steps mentioned below:

  1. Open the ‘BLITZPOKER’ client on your desktop/laptop and login to your account.
  2. Click on the ‘Avatar’ which is at the top right, it will ask you to choose from the default ‘Avatars’ or ‘Upload Image’
  3. It takes 12 to 24 hours for an avatar request to be approved.
Can we change our registered email id?

Why not! You can change your registered email id. You can drop your request on support@blitzpoker.com. Our support will be happy to help you.

How can I change my bank account details on my BLITZPOKER account?

: Bank account details once added cannot be deleted. You can add new bank account details while requesting for your cash out. Please Note: The bank account details provided needs to be of the same person whose account is associated with BLITZPOKER
