How to Cashout?

Please find below steps to withdraw amount: Login using credentials Click on “My Profile” Click on “Withdraw” Enter the amount you wish to withdraw (Amount should not exceed “Balance”) Click on “Cashout” Please ensure, you need to complete your KYC before you request for Cashout

What is the cash out policy and process?

We at Blitzpoker have got you covered! Through our application’s cashier, you may effortlessly deposit and withdraw your funds whenever you want. 

Please note, the minimum Cashout amount is INR 100. Moreover, for all Cashout you must submit a scanned copy of your PAN card. In addition to this, you may be required to submit your address proof in case our accounts team needs it for further verification. 

Cashout of Rs. 10,000 or below will be processed within 24 hours. Cashout above Rs. 10,000 will be processed in 24 to 72 hours. A player can only request 1 Cashout per day. Rest assured, once the Cashout is processed from our end, it might take up to 5 hours for the withdrawal amount to reflect in your bank account depending upon your bank’s processing speed.

What are the documents required for cash out reversed by bank?
If the cash out is reversed by your bank due to incorrect IFSC/Account number etc. We request you to share a cancelled cheque of your account with your name printed on it for the team to process the cash out. OR We request you to share stamped first page of your passbook OR Net banking screenshot once you login on your desktop/Laptop with the bank URL with the details mentioned below. Details required: Bank name, bank account number, full name, IFSC code OR In absence of all the above-mentioned documents, we request you to share the same documents as mentioned above for another bank account in your name. Kindly share the reason for the change in the bank name and bank details Once the documents are verified, the cash out will be processed by the concerned team
How much time does it take for cash out?

Cashout of Rs. 10,000 or below will be processed within 24 hours. Cashout above Rs. 10,000 will be processed in 24 to 72 hours.

What details are verified with the PAN to be shared?

The PAN card should include your full name, date of birth and signature for verification purpose. EPan card will not be accepted.

Why is my Cashout denied?
  • Incomplete Profile (Update PAN) – Please upload your pan card online or send the pan card photo to support@spartanpoker.com
  • Incomplete Bank account Details – Please upload the cancelled cheque online or send the document to support@spartanpoker.com
  • Change in Existing Bank details.
  • In case you are making a request to withdraw amount deposited by you wholly or partly without playing on the platform or not played an adequate number of hands-on Paid Table and fail to generate 12% in rake of your deposit amount, then your Cashout would not be processed. Rake of 12% must be generated by you between the time of last deposit and the time of current withdrawal request.

What is the minimum & maximum amount I can withdraw?

The minimum amount you can withdraw is INR 100 and maximum no limit.

How to withdraw money?

You can withdraw all your winnings in your bank account at any time by placing a Cashout/withdrawal request. Here are the steps to make a withdrawal request:-

  1. Login to your account at Blitzpoker and click on the ‘Withdraw’ button.
  2. Add your bank account details and click on the ‘ADD button’.
  3. Enter all the relevant information required and then hit the Cashout button.
  4. Upon receiving your request, provided all the information given is accurate, your Cashout request will be processed within 1 business day (Monday – Saturday).
  5. Cashout request received after 4pm will be processed on the next business day.
  6. Please note that the minimum Cashout amount is INR 100.

PAN card scan submission is mandatory for Cashout. Other documents towards address proof may also be required as informed by Accounts/Support team.
